GL&V acquires assets
of Elite Cameron Inc.
GL&V USA Inc., based in Montreal, Canada, has purchased the assets of Elite Cameron Inc., formerly of Parsippany, NJ. GL&V now owns the proprietary rights and technical designs of Cameron Machine, a 100 year old manufacturer of slitter-rewinders with more than 11,000 machines manufactured, and 3,000 machines currently in operation worldwide.
GL&V, a public company, manufactures equipment used in pulp and paper production, as well as in the liquid/solid separation processes.
Cameron Machine is now based in Lenox, MA.
